Abstract (EN)

Science is intensively appearing in our personal and social lives, and is determinant as it has never been in history before. Because it is so intense and determinant in people?s lives and in society, it is necessary to criticize it continuously. The determinism of science and technology together and the ?scientific? determinism of science alone is gradually being an unquestionable item. Also the place of science in our lives and the intensity of the theory of knowledge discussions are going in inverse proportion. This paper aims to question the criticisms of science and scientific knowledge of the three most important thinkers, especially in the theory of knowledge debates in the second half of 20th century, Karl R. Popper, Thomas S. Kuhn and Paul K. Feyerabend. The criticisms that are directed to science by these three thinkers are the milestones in the theory of knowledge history. So the contributions of these three thinkers to the theory of knowledge will be demonstrated.
