Abstract (EN)

The research was conducted with 315 nurses working in the following of the Kahramanmaraş Necip Fazıl City Hospital: Emergency, intensive care and the internal clinic area. (Give dates of the research). Nutrition of Research; The investigation of nurses with a written research form was collected online waing a questionnaire consisting of the Nurse Introductory Information Form containing an introductin and used the Cheltenham Patient Classification Scale and also the Missed Nursing Care Scale (MNC). The minimum score is 3 and the maximum score is 16 from the Cheltenham Patient Classification Scale. The lowest score that can be obtained from MNC Scale Part 1 is 21, the highest score is 105, and the lowest score that can be obtained from MNC Scale Part 2 is 16, the highest score is 64. The data was suitable for normal distribution and was evaluated with the Shapiro-Wilk test. The descriptive number of the study was represented by the percentage mean ± standard deviation or median and interquartile range (IQR). The result with strong normal distribution is the Chi-Square Significance Test for the comparison of discrete variables, the t Test (Student's t Test) or the Man Whitney U test in independent groups in which the mean scale of the two groups are compared. The interface where the scale means of three or more groups were compared was determined by Kruskal Wallis Test and the group from which the difference originated, by the post-hoc Man Whitney U test. The use of the data was done with SPSS 23.0 package program. In statistical analysis, p <0.05 was considered to be significant as true. It was found that 83.8% of the nurses participating in the study were women, 55.2% were undergraduate and 38.7% had a working period of 1-5 years. According to the results of our study, most frequently the nurses found that MNC requirements were to get the patient to stand up/ move around three times a day or as much as necessary, to turn the patient around every two hours, and to provide emotional support to the patient and / or patient relatives. The number of people, supplies / devices required, and voltage or disconnection of communication with physicians / medical personnel, MNC requirements were found to be insufficient. Based on this result, the definition of MNC should be made, it is recommended to eliminate the material deficiencies in order to reduce the MNC and most importantly, MNC personal and patient outputs in more detail.
