The analyze of fundamental rights and freedoms system for Comparative Constitutional Law of the Republic of Turkey and Azerbaijan Republic

Preserving the rights and freedoms of everyone living in a country today is considered as the most indispensable measure of democracy in constitutional states. Inclusion of a fundamental rights and freedoms catalog in written constitutions has been an indispensable criterion. Therefore, in the context of comparative constitutional law, it is very important to learn the constitutional experiences of other states on fundamental rights and freedoms, the constitutional problems in different countries and the solution of these problems related to fundamental rights and freedoms. The thesis consists of three parts. In the first chapter, the concept of human rights related to the concept of fundamental rights and freedoms, the historical development process of human rights and the intellectual foundations of fundamental rights and freedoms are discussed. In the second chapter, fundamental rights and freedoms in Turkish constitutionalism are examined. In the third chapter, the development of fundamental rights and freedoms in Azerbaijan constitutional law, its current status, the Constitution of Azerbaijan in 1995 and the fundamental rights and freedoms system in accordance with the 1982 Constitution of Turkey were compared.
