Comparative industrial relations examples of Azerbaijan and Turkey

The industrial relations system is a system that regulates the working life. The parties of the industrial relations system consist of workers, employers and the government. The industrial relations system is influenced by the social, economic and political conditions of the society. Industrial relations of Turkey and Azerbaijan are discussed in this study system. In the first part of the study, the basic concepts and theoretical framework of industrial relations are explained. In the second part of the study, Turkey and Azerbaijan's socio-economic structures, political and social development plans, are described in chronological order. In the third part of the study, the similarities and differences of the two countries' industrial relations system in terms of their legal framework have been put forward. In this study, the structures of the worker's and employer's unions which are the main actors of the system of industrial relations, collective agreements and resolution mechanisms of labour disputes in Azerbaijan and Turkey were discussed.
