Abstract (EN)
In this study, forbidden organochlorine pesticide residues in garlic, potato and purslane,which are the most concentrated vegetables in Kastamonu Central Villages, were determined by GC / MS method. Twenty of the 23 OCPs we examined in this study were detected in at least one sample. The most common pesticide residue was p, p'-DDT detected in 10 of 35 samples. In our study, at least 1 pesticide residue was detected in 24 vegetable samples (67%) and no pesticide residue was found in 12 samples. The concentrations of some of the OKP residues (∑DTT, aldrin and dieldrin, methoxychlor, endosulfans, HCHs, heptachlor and endrin) detected in a garlic sample were found to be significantly higher than MRLs. Exceeding the MRLs of this garlic sample is about 28 times (alpha-HCH) to 90 times (aldrin + dieldrin) of these limits.
