Abstract (EN)
Artificial intelligence, which develops with new studies every day, illuminates the moments we live in uncertainty, especially with forecasting studies. Since it is vital to be able to make predictions about future situations and figures in the field of finance, where foresight is extremely important, banking has been one of the leading followers of developments in artificial intelligence as a sector. Although it is open to aggressive practices and alternatives in the conventional banking system, the room for maneuver is narrowed by the constraints imposed by Islamic principles in participation banking, and it becomes important that the actions are the most accurate option. The aim of this study is to contribute to the development of participation banking with artificial intelligence-supported models. For this purpose, detailed research on the subject was included and analyzed, and an artificial intelligence-supported product recommendation model was established with clustering and association analysis as an application. With this model, it is aimed to increase customer activity and loyalty by recommending the most accurate product to each customer.
