Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out to explain the causal relationship between participation banks customers' compliance with mobile banking applications and service usage intention. There is a great need for studies on perceptions and compliance with technological developments and applications in various sectors. It is clear that these practices have positive effects on customers' relations with the company, their attitudes towards the company and their intention to use the service. Based on theoretical knowledge, a conceptual model has been formulated to test the effect of factors affecting compliance with mobile applications on service usage intention. The survey method was used to determine the factors that determine the compliance of customers with mobile banking applications of participation banks and their effects on the intention to use the service. As the sampling method, convenience sampling method was preferred. In testing the research hypotheses, univariate and multivariate statistical analysis methods were used. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that the variables of perceived trust and reliability, perceived usefulness and perceived compatibility with lifestyle and needs are effective on the service usage intention. Perceived cost of use variable, on the other hand, was found to have no effect on the service use intention. It can be stated that more in-depth studies, in which the examined variables are generally handled in terms of banks other than participation banks, should also be evaluated in terms of participation banks. It is also understood that the results may present a different perspective for the practitioners of participation banks.
