Participation banks

The understanding of interest ? free banking, which occurred in Islam Geography and at present which is also growing up by developing fast in USA, Europe, Russia, Far East Countries, has been also keeping on its activities in our country since 1984. In spite of the fact that they increased the number of their departments, I think it will not be a mistake to say that neither they have clear information about the participation banks nor they are able to pass judgments on them. By considering the data got from the website of BDDK, it won?t be a mistake to say that the participation banks, which have much faster development potential for our country, have not realized the evolution at intended level. If it was thought that present structuring had reached %5 of Turkey banking potential, it could be foreseen that there was a problem on the point of both advertisement and staff settlement in terms of participation banks.In point of that the existing conditions of the participation banks which are active in our country are able to be perceived truly, the examination of staff education politics, the reflections of this issued education to service quality and bank performances, the effects of the results, which occur depending all of these, on the awareness of these banks gives us a chance to comment more healthily.The staff structure of the participation bank and searching the effect of the present in service training period on bank performance and the awareness of the bank forms this research subject. So in the first part, general information about the participation banks and deposit banks is given. In the second part, in service training period and the subject of personnel education are explained. In the last part, the survey which was done about this subject and the result analysis are discussed and in this direction, solution suggestions are submitted.Keywords: Participation Bank, Personnel Education, In-Service Education,Human Resources
