Participant insurance systems' effect on individuals tendency

Individuals form a pool by collecting their money accumulated in the participation insurance system in the fund of mutual aid or risk fund, and the money accumulated in this pool is to help individuals who are damaged among the participants, ie policyholders. Participation insurance (Tekafül) is the help of individuals who come together to meet the losses of the participants who have been exposed to risks. The development of participation banks in financial markets led to the development of participation insurance. With the introduction of Islamic financial markets in public banks, it was an important period in terms of interest-free finance markets. The insurance sector makes a positive contribution to the country's economies. Islamic finance and participation sector has great potential in Islamic countries. Turkey's participation in the development market, it is important for social inclusion and economic development. An important part of interest, loss (uncertainty), gambling anxiety stays away in insurance activities. With the development of participation insurance activities of the people who are away from these activities, it is to bring the accumulation of interest-sensitive groups to the economy. The subject of this study is the level of knowledge and awareness of individuals about participation insurance practices, their perspective on insurance, the impact of participation insurance on non-insurers. The main subject of the study is whether there is a significant relationship between the participation insurance system of individuals working at Hitit University in Çorum province and the insurance trends of individuals.
