Photography and curatorial strategies in conceptual art (An exhibition project)

This thesis deals with the use of photography as a form of expression under the title of ''Photography and Curating Strategies in Conceptual Art (An Exhibition Project)'', as well as the diversity of exhibition forms. The use of the possibilities of photography in the works of artists who produce in different disciplines has been discussed with examples. The diversity of the location including the Museum, Gallery and Public Spaces is examined in terms of the use of the photography field as a form of expression in the works, the existence of photography as a field and the way it is displayed. Personal or collection exhibition samples of the curators who participate in the exhibition spaces either attached or independently are included. The Yasak Bölge/Forbidden Zone Project realized and together The Lens19 exhibition experienced within the scope of this thesis includes quotations from the interview with the curator by mentioning its stages in terms of technique, exhibition, curator and space.
