Özet (EN)

Within the scope of this thesis, the raft foundation system that will be carried to the piles within the scope of the construction project realized in an area reclaimed from the sea by filling in the province of Trabzon in the recent period has been examined. The piles were designed to be socketed into the rock unit, since the loads from the superstructure could not be transported to the sea fill with weak bearing capacity and the marine alluvium unit located below it. The design bearing capacity of the designed piles is calculated from the shaft resistance that is expected to be mobilized along the rock socket. 4 pile loading tests carried out in order to determine the final bearing capacities of the piles manufactured within the scope of the project and to control the design were examined in detail. By using the load-displacement graphs obtained from the tests, the final bearing capacity of the test piles was determined by 3 different methods found in the literature. The final unit shaft resistance values for the application area were calculated from the final bearing capacity values. The obtained unit shaft resistance values were compared with the unit shaft resistance values obtained by different methods during the design phase. Safety coefficients were determined in proportion to the project load value of the final bearing capacities determined for the piles.
