Özet (EN)

In this study, the effect of magnetic field applications on mycelium growth of oyster (Pleurotus ostreatus) and shiitake (Lentinus edodes) mushrooms were examined. 30 ml, %2 Malt Extract Agar (MEA) which autoclaved in 121ᵒC at 30 minutes placed on 9 cm diameter petri dishes. Then mycelia of these mushrooms placed on petri dishes in sterile conditions. Applications were made to mushroom mycelia under various magnetic field intensity (0,25; 0,5; 1, 5, 10, 50 and 100 mT) with different time intervals (5, 10, 15, 30 min.) in solenoid. Then, cultures were incubated at 23oC and %95 humidity. Once a two day, growth rates of fungal mycelia was measured for 20 days. Variance analysis was performed with SPSS18 for different magnetic field intensities and intervals of application. The obtained results were evaluated with shiitake mushroom mycelial growth seen significant differences between the magnetic field strength (p <0.05), with the development of beech mushroom spawn is not a significant difference between the magnetic field intensity (p> 0.05) were identified. LSD test was performed in order to show the differences. Growth rate of the micellar shiitake mushrooms for 15 and 30 min with the application of MAS is better 5 mt'lık, beech mushroom mycelium growth rate of the well for 5 min at 0,5 mT MAS implementation of has been determined that better.
