Özet (EN)

Welding Technologies are indispensable in most industry and have no alternative among manufacturing methods. In conjunction with the assemble techniques of metals depend on too old period, the developments continue today also. Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) process depends on the controlled pulsed welding current and voltage. Essentially, it is known that a derivation of MIG/MAG process. In this study, the materials are welded in the different CMT welding parameters and two material couples as 1050 aluminum sheet-1050 aluminum sheet and 1050 aluminum sheet1314 galvanized steel sheet. These specimens are investigated in mechanic and metallographic properties and the results are examined. The complications in the welding of aluminum sheet metals in conventional welding methods do not happen in CMT process. And therefore, non-cindery and final surface condition on the material draws the attention.
