Abstract (EN)
Informal employment, which is outlook labor market of informal economy has lots of reasons like economic, social, financial and administrative informal employment appears in three ways, non reporting of employes, missing reporting the working days, the missing report of the avarege daily earnings. It is more important contention with the informal employment because of the reforms done in social security system in our country in last years. To reduce the economic effects, which is one the most important reasons of informal employment, social security contribution incentives were implemented. The effect of social security contribution incentives to contention with the informal employment is analyzed with the information gained in a questionere which is done in İstanbul, Gaziosmanpaşa. As a result of analysis; the employers' social security contributions which have information about incentives than others, and compared with those who take advantage of employers' social security contributions benefiting from incentives, unregistered employment trends have been found to be less.
