Scythian and Sarmatian weapons in Kazakhstan and around

This research, named as "Scythian and Sarmatian Weapons in Kazakhstan and Around? examines origins, historical background, political history, art, kurgan structures and types of main weapons of the Scythian and Sarmatian tribes. Weapons undertaken by the scope of the study were investigated within the framework of the typological sequence by taking into consideration the technical characteristics and stylistic interpretation. Also, this study evaluated dating and the kurgans from which the finds were extracted.The context of this study consists of finds found in Scythian and Sarmatian kurgans, which are located in Kazakhstan and around. The type of weapons of the Scythian and Sarmatian have been evaluated with the types of weapons came from outside. In addition, types of weapons used in different regions of the Scythian and Sarmatian geography have been examined.
