Examination of teacher training system in Kazakhstan

Societies with high educational quality can progress rapidly in scientific and technological terms. As the quality of the manpower working in social areas, public institutions and organizations increases, the level of development of that society also increases. The training of qualified power is a task of the education system. Purpose of the research; Kazakhstan teacher training system and L.N. It is an examination of the opinions of teacher members of Gumilev Eurasian National University. Qualitative research method was used in this study. While the researcher was preparing the semi-structured interview form with 11 questions, a literature review was conducted by taking expert opinions on the subject. Purposive sampling method was chosen as the research sample. This research was carried out with the participation of 7 faculty members working at Eurasia National University in the 2021-2022 academic year. After the interview request was made by phone and e-mail, a face-to-face semi-structured interview was held on the specified date. Within the scope of the research, each interview took approximately 55 minutes. Codes were created in line with the answers received from the lecturers. The reliability of the codes was provided by Miles and Huberman (1994). Recommendations of teacher members on the teacher training system in Kazakhstan; restructuring the psychological test in student entry conditions, attracting successful students to the teaching profession, cooperation with pedagogical faculties and other pedagogical faculties in education programs, cooperation between pedagogical faculties and schools, appointment of experienced and foreign language faculty members, giving academic work and writing training courses It has been suggested that the structure of applied lessons should be revised and the evaluation system of applied courses should be developed.
