Abstract (EN)
In today's world, high tourism potential level countries are obliged to increase their employment level, market share, and nationwide incomes for economic development and to provide the needed foreign currency incomes for themselves. Therefore, a lot of countries start a ruthless competition in international tourism sector. The various fragments of national competition power concept have been a huge interest for the researchers from different disciplines. The economy discipline focuses on the concept of competition on international level as taking the macroeconomic statistics of the countries, whereas the management discipline takes the levels of company, sector and nationwide competition's international topics' as a leading factor. In another words, two different disciplines take different statistics as a leading factor to explain the national competition level. In conclusion, different disciplines explain the national competition level in different dynamics and the perspectives and their findings may be different. This study, by considering both economical and marketing disciplines, is taking the national competition power's dynamics as a source. This study compares the different researches about Kazakhstan's tourism competition power and tries to explain it by comparing its infrastructure and tourism level among the Eurasian countries. Especially because of the differences of these countries' development levels the tourism sector's competition power is needed to be explained by the logistics and transportation infrastructure dynamics. For this purpose, the data from the first and second level sources were analyzed and aimed on showing the comparative statistics for the purpose of researching Kazakhstan's competition power. In the first data sources, Porter's competition power methodology is used for the planning. In this case, interviews with the government labors from different specialties and the tourism workers are done. In the conclusion of these interviews, the results were examined in the end of the research and some advices were listed and discussed.
