Reasons for choosing Turkology department for students who learn Turkish in higher education in Kazakhstan

In this study, in Kazakhstan, students learning Turkish as a foreign language in different institutions and environments and the reasons for determining the needs, the reasons and needs for gender, age, and vocational and training institutions aims to determine the role of language learning according to nationality. This study donemlerindekazakistan the 2018-2019 academic year spring Ahmet yesevi University, Al – Farabi Kazakh National University, Kazakh Abilay Khan University of international relations and world languages, Kazakh state girls Pedagogical University institutions in higher education about learning Turkish kazaksitan was applied to the students. Therefore, the institutions mentioned in the phases of the study were formed. The study involved 200 students, their 140 female and 60 male participants. Turkish language needs analysis: the survey used in the Bosnia and Herzegovina sample study was re-developed and evaluated according to the situation of Kazakhstan by obtaining the necessary permission. The veri obtained from the survey was first transferred to the computer and then the analysis was carried out. Data, opinions formed in the results of the surveys were converted into quantitative veri and evaluated with the SPSS 20,0 program, while open-ended questions were analyzed qualitatively. Percentage, arithmetic mean, t-test and Kruskal Wallis h test were performed in veri analysis studies. According to the needs analysis, the language learning needs of Turkish learners in Kazakhstan are presented in the following five sub-dimensions, respectively: Communication, Education and development, business and trade opportunities, migration and travel, and personal interests and needs. In addition, as a result of lower dimension analysis applied to all sizes of the participants in the Kazakh language level, learning needs, time and place of learning Turkish in Turkey during the period of stay, the reason to visit Turkey showed significant differences according to the variable.
