Abstract (EN)

Today, constantly changing and developing technologies, demands and requirements are increasing in all sectors as well as creating new solutions in the construction industry. Engineering structures such as hospitals, roads, bridges and viaducts, dams, high-rise buildings, shopping malls to meet the growing population and needs of this population are being built. The proportions of these constructions are in direct proportion to their size and their weights reach very serious. Sturdy soils in the capacity to carry these weights are not located near the surface of each seam. This necessitates the construction of a deep foundation. Deep foundations; are basic systems to carry loads from the building to a load-bearing soil, which are made in the form of friction and plugging. Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality is making great investments in the transportation network in Istanbul where continuous migration and growth are taking place. Alibeyköy Stream Migration Viaduct, a station of Mahmutbey - Mecidiyeköy Metros, which is one of the most important branches of transportation network and will be integrated into existing lines, is considered as an application example. The reason for the examination of viaduct is that it is made by post-tensioning technique, the passage of large openings with fewer feet, the overloading of dynamic loads caused by the station and metro crossing, and the depth of the solid ground is very deep. Before the manufacturing phase, the basic system for the viaduct planned to be drilled and the preliminary design should be selected. It has been decided that the solid ground will be found deep and the grounds near the surface will be pile-on-the-top with friction and no load. Barette pile or bored pile foundation was chosen based on the construction management point of view. Both systems require the same requirements when viewed as a construction method. Barette piling machine has widespread use in construction sector. The diaphragm wall is also manufactured in the same machine. Diaphragm wall manufacturing is preferred especially for construction with top - down system. However, the Ø2000 mm - Ø2500 mm piling machine required for the project is very rare in our country and the mobilization process is long. This is the biggest difference that affects the base construction of the barette pile and bored pile. Quantity studies have been made in two sites and compared. In addition, it is aimed to make the most appropriate system selection by preparing the work schedule.
