Fisheries of Faculty 2000, Page: 70 In this study, five hundred and five Acanthobrama marmid Heckel, 1843, Chondrostoma regium (Heckel, 1843), Chalcalburnus mossulensis (Heckel, 1843), samples were caught monthly from defined stations and taken to the laboratory immediately plain region of Keban Dam Lake between January 1997-December 1998. Blood samples were taken from their heart after releasing from stress. After hamatologic analysis biological parameters identified. Total amount of erythrocytes, leucocytes, thromboses, hemoglobin and haematocrit and parameters of MCV, MCH, MCHC were investigated from blood samples. The formula of leucocyte was examined from blood preparat of each sample.
