This study was carried out in order to determine the egg quality characteristics, incubation characteristics and nutritional requirements of partridge embryos during the recent years. In order to determine the egg quality characteristics, a total of 725 (5 replications), 13500 (5 replications) and 1210 eggs were used to follow the development and feeding of the partridge embryos. In order to investigate the development and nutrition of the embryos; at fresh, first, second, third, and hatching dates, the eggs were carefully collected in falcon tubes in such a way that 10 eggs were separated into their components. The average weight of 22.50 g Chukar partridge eggs; the ratio of water ratio was determined as 53.62 ± 0.19%, yellow ratio 34.84 ± 0.18%, shell rate 11.53 ± 0.07%, shell thickness 0.38 ± 0.02 mm, shape index 73.69 ± 0.26%, yellow color 10.75 ± 0.16. Fertility rate of fecundity was 85.51 ± 1.53%, hatching yield 70.95% ± 2.24, hatching force 82.91 ± 1.53%, early embryonic deaths 14.56 ± 1.46%, middle embryonic deaths 0.85 ± 0.13%, late embryonic deaths 0.55 ± 0.08%, subcutaneous deaths the rate of conversion to the chick was 17.06 ± 2.11 and 72.06 ± 0.15%, respectively. In addition, the nutrient consumption during the growth of the embryo was determined by examining the proportional differences between the weight and nutrient properties of the various parts of the egg at the fresh, first, second, third and day of hatching. As a result, it is concluded that the data obtained from the Chukar partridge eggs will provide basic knowledge to Chukar partridge breeding that is carried out extensively and it will be beneficial in increasing the efficiency of the partridge production. In addition, it was found that the egg yolks, egg white, amniotic fluid and eggshell are the important components for embriyonic development.
