In the second part; the metres and rhymes, which are used according to the verse forms in poems, has been tried to be evaluated and also the elements which are foregrounded within the content of Divan has been tried to be evaluated one by one. In the third part; the text of Divan has been written through the transcription alphabet and it has been lined up in accordance with the classical divan arrangement. In the index part of the thesis, the names of the people and places are given. Since there is no other source apart from the one that is in Yapı Kredi Library, number 611, the thesis has been studied on a single copy
