Kemal Tahir's vision for governement and his personal caracteristics

Kemal Tahir, whose argumentative works had enriched the Turkish literature, was one of the exceptional Turkish novelists, with his ideas about state polity; he was ranked among the names of the important Turkish minds. In his novels, starting from the historical facts, he describes cultural structure of a nation; thus he had received many praises from the intellectual persons of different sections.Kemal Tahir, who had got an argumentative and fighting character, tells his ideas to his readers as messages hidden in his novels.During his life period, he witnessed an Empıre?s decadence and a new State?s establishment; these events helped him to create his ideas about concepts of State. His main problem had been the incongruity Turkish Community and western communities. He had commented this uncongruity under the ligths of the historical realities.Generally in his State ideas, he heads towards the Turkish Community?s structure; thus his thougths had been formed as follows: He prefers-State fort he community- instead of-State for individuals-he adopts Marxism ideology and tries to comment this ideology for the Turkish Community and takes only the parts which are useful, according to him, to the Turkish Community; also, besides Marxism, in future he advices to adopt whichever ideology is suitable for Turkish Community.When he was put in prison for some years, he observed the cultural structure and accents of anatolian community; by evaluation in historical background, he tried to recreate the cultural structure and ideology of Turkish Community.
