Abstract (EN)

In the first part of this study, a brief definition of the subject was made and its purpose and importance were tried to be revealed. Later, the geography and history of the Arch, in which the mansion is located, were briefly mentioned in the stages that it spent from ancient times to the line that extends to the present day. In the second chapter, hunting culture in Anatolian Seljuk State, the relationship of Sultans and Emirs with hunting and hunting activities is examined. The third part focuses on the architecture of the Arch Hunting Lodge, which is the focus of our thesis. In this section, the pavilion is divided into separate subheadings with all its architectural elements. First, a general description of the mansion was made, and then, together with the structural characteristics of the surrounding walls, the nature of the material used was explained. Main titles such as main pavilion building, plan diagram, nature of the materials used, characteristics of the spaces contained in the plan diagram were examined. Subheadings include water network, preparation/undressing space, bathhouse, sofa, stair system, window arrangement, roof system, ornamentation elements, wooden line belts. However, considering the topography on which the structure was built, the pavilion building was evaluated separately from the four facades. Finally, an attempt was made to date the mansion. In the fourth section, the finds obtained during the archaeological excavations were examined under the heading terracotta finds, glass, coins, tipped stone materials and tile finds. In the last section, the results reached in the light of all the data, in the context of Anatolian Seljuk mansion architecture, the pavilion is similar to the pavilions in the same group and in particular, new results were tried to be put forward by addressing different points.
