Abstract (EN)

In mechanical engineering discipline, Modal testing is very powerful technique to analyze structure dynamics. Nonetheless, structure's dynamic characteristics give an opinion to understand structure's strength. Also, bone remodelling is a process, which modifies bone strength characteristics in according to mechanical singals with bone mineral density. In this study, investigation of effect of BMD on mechanical proporties has been proposed. In according to this porpuse, bone integration effect on dynamic characteristics has been observed. Therefore, regulation and application of the experiment has been applied on long bone because of its simplicity. In according to mimic of bone mineral density increment phenomenon, epoxy and poly methyl methacrylate has been used. This two type of polymer will been applied after catalyzer has been put. After that, gelling, curing, heating and after cooling of polymer mimicked to bone mechanical properties difference, in so, biological event has been observed in vitro.
