Abstract (EN)

From global scale to urban scale, the process of variation with the climate change effects social, economical, environmental and institutional all of the systems. Identifying of coping ability and adaptive capacity of these related systems which exposure to the climate change effects is important for keeping on their subsistence today and in the future. For this reason determination of vulnerability of these systems to the climate change is an important issue for struggling process with the climate change.The aim of this study is developing a method which provides to display vulnerability of cities to climate change with social, economical, environmental, institutional and spatial dimensions and implementing this on Ankara sample. With this aim different vulnerability studies have researched, the indicator set which serves the scale of the study and national database have prepared and the vulnerability of Ankara city to climate change has analyzed. The results of the study according to the analyze is the systems which are focused are not resilience to climate change effects and the vulnerability of Ankara city is high.Key Words : Climate change, Vulnerability, Vulnerability of cities to climate change, Ankara
