Abstract (EN)
Cities are cultural places consist communication between people, community has a mutual relationship in progress. I addition to being the geographical space where the human community lived. Each city has a specific live principle, spirit, philosophy and liveness. Culture and geographical places are complementary elements in cities. Community living in gives liveness to cities and compose live principles and rules by the community living in. Urban regeneration concept has been occured to solve the problem of the collapse areas in the city and to construct more secure structure. Urban regeneration in our country is to be provided regeneration in cities, increasing the level of culture and welfare, more safety and will be enable the solid construction. It is necessary to know very well examining the process of urban regeneration and how this process running in the framework of rules, laws and applications, to be able to examined urban regeneration concept. In this project, the urban regeneration concept was exammed, its process, laws and rules should be taken into consideration for risky structures. A reinforced concrete structure was examined in detailes and explained all applications step by step. A according to RYT principles of 6306 application regulations law that the reinforced concrete structures consist the majority of the structures in Turkey.
