Abstract (EN)
Law No. 6306 is the most comprehensive legislation aimed at preventing disaster risk. Since its date of entry into force, urban transformation has been carried out under this law. The subject of this study is to put forward the urban transformation process by taking into consideration the rules of private law and to examine the two most important stages of the process, the re-evaluation decision and exclusion from co-ownership.
