Abstract (EN)
Ebu Bekir Mufti Efendi is a poet who was famous for his scholarship in the second period of 18th century and in the first period of 19th century, inhabited in Kerkuk. He being a mufti in Kerkuk, a culture center of Iraq Turkish, lived here a part of her life because of his managership in Baghdad.A copy of his collected poems, known as his only work of art, is in Ankara national library. In this collected poems consisting of 84 foils which form our subject of work, take place verse images like encomiums, mathnawis, tahmis, contexts, quartets, poems consisting of eight lines and lots of ghazals. In accordance with custom of simulation, in the collected poems of Mufti, who wrote simulations to Fuzuli, Nabi , Nedim, the important names of Classical Turkish literature, especially Ama Yusuf Garibi, lived with him in the same region, exist 196 poems. It seems important that work of art was written in a geography far from the center and in a period of Classical Turkish poem which lost its ground compared to previous years.
