Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, necessary definitions and theorems for fractional calculations, including fractional operator definitions and properties are given. Some methods used in the stability analysis of classical dynamical systems are introduced and similarly, stability analysis of fractional order dynamic systems is examined. Then, as an application to the stability analysis of fractional order systems, a fractional SEIRD dynamic model consisting of susceptible, exposed, infected, recovered and deceased individuals is proposed to understand the behavior of Covid-19 spread in Turkey. The stability of the proposed model is examined and numerical simulations are obtained.
