Abstract (EN)
Pasting the CFRP strips on the beam surface with epoxy is one of the methods used in the case of poor shear strength of the reinforced concrete beam. The aim of this study is to investigate the performance of the beams by diagonal CFRP strips pasted perpendicular to the inclined cracks on a pre-damaged beam. In this study, 7 beams have been tested as 1 reference beam which has ½ scale, 5 as ratio of shear openness and effective height and 4000 mm length; 3 beams with no fan anchorage and diagonal CFRP strips; 3 beams with fan anchorages and diagonal CFRP strips. Behaviors of the experiment components have been analyzed according to the horizontal distance between the axis? of diagonal CFRP strips and the existence of anchorages. The results of the experiments have been evaluated and argued according to the rigidity, ductility and strength. It has seen that the rehabilitation method makes the anchoraged beams bent and increase their ductility and shear strength.
