The transfer of the leased

In this work, we analyzed the transfer of the rented property in the lease contract and the changes in Turkish Law after the amendments of the TBK (Turkish Code of Obligations, n. 6098) Art. 310 and 311. Unlike the provision in Article 254 de BK (Turkish Code of Obligations number 818), Art. 311 TBK states that in case of acquisition of real rights, Art. 310 shall apply by analogy. We accept the legal cession of the contract for the legal character of the provision of art. 310 TBK. All parts of the lease contract, are bound by this provision because of the compulsory character of the rule.
