Personality cynicism of influence on organizational cynicism: An application in group A travel agencies in Antalya

In this study, the influence of personality cynicism of group A travel agencies' employees in Antalya on organizational cynicism has been researched by giving place to conceptual information about personality cynicism and organizational cynicism. The diversity analysis between personality cynicism and organizational cynicism with the demographic characteristics has been done. In the study, primarily a research has been done, afterwards Turkish resources were studied and the translations of foreign resources were completed. The study consists of three parts. The first and second section provide information about cynicism and organizational cynicism and in the third section, which is the research section, analysis of data was conducted. Group A Travel Agencies operating in Antalya are preferred as the research field. The survey consists of 3 sections with questions that allow the detection of levels of personality and organizational cynicism, and the demographics of the agency staff. According to the results, personality cynicism, which is the independent variable data and organizational cynicism, which is the dependent variable data, do not have a normal distribution. A moderate and positive relationship between organizational cynicism and personality cynicism has been detected. A change in the independent variable of this research which is the organizational cynicism, is explained by the change in dependent variable which is the personality cynicism. The personality cynicism levels of travel agency employees has a positive effect on the organizational cynicism levels. It has been seen that demographic characteristics such as gender, age, sector experience, working time, etc. do not show a significant difference whereas demographic characteristics such as education, staffing, working conditions, etc. showed a significant difference was reached.
