Abstract (EN)
New addictions emerge as a result of the changes and transformations that occur in societies. Technology addiction is becoming an increasingly important problem today. Changing and developing technologies challenge some transformations in both society and industrial relations. In this thesis, technology addiction, which is assumed to have significant effects on the performance of employees, was handled with great importance. A research questionnaire was prepared using the five-factor personality model, internet addiction, mobile addiction and work performance scales in the literature, and data was collected from employees who accepted voluntary participation in the survey.
