Abstract (EN)

Everything is changing in the world. Organizations are affected from this change. The basis of the reaction and behaviours that we show against the events and changes is the ?personality?. Each individual?s perception, thought and interpreting the events are different. Because each individual has a different personality structure. Personality is a very important agent that leads our organizational behavior and represents us. Therefore it is very important for the personnel to have a personality and attitude appropriate for novelty and change. Personality phenomenon will be the most important trump of the organizations in the competitive world. In this study, it was focused on the organizational change concept in the first part and the personality concept in the second part. In the third part, the concept predisposition to change was explained and literary theory was formed about the relationship between A and B personality types and Predisposition to Change. In the fourth, application part, the relationship between A and B personality types and Predisposition to Change was investigated with two surveys applied to 385 personnel and containing demographical information, analysis were carried out and a low level correlation was found.
