Abstract (EN)
In the globalized world, it is evident that the aviation sector contributes significantly to regional, national, and international development in terms of technological advancements as well as economic and social aspects. The main objective of this study is to determine the impact of personality types on individuals working in the aviation sector's career success and examine the relationship between relevant concepts. To achieve this objective, a literature review was conducted to provide conceptual explanations. Subsequently, data was collected through surveys using the "Five Factor Personality Types Scale" and the "Career Success Scale" which had been previously tested for reliability among employees of a specific airline company. The collected data was then analyzed using correlation and regression analysis to test the formulated hypotheses. The findings indicated that there is a relationship between the five-factor personality types and career success. Specifically, the dimensions of conscientiousness and agreeableness were found to positively and significantly influence career success, while the other dimensions did not have a significant impact on career success.
