Abstract (EN)

Attachment, known as the source of social behaviors, is an emotional bond developed between the baby and the caregiver. Our relationships in adulthood bear traces of the attachment patterns we have established in the past. In this study, which is carried out within the framework of subjective artistic inquiry, the concept of "attachment" was examined by a/r/tography; which is an art-based education research method. In the study, which was based on personal experiences, the concept of "attachment" was first investiagted from the perspective of the "intellectual/psychological inquiry" and then from the perspective "design inquiry". In this process, autobiographical questioning was included and designs were created with the use of metaphors. Collage and assemblage techniques were used in the designs created by using various materials. The results obtained in the research were conveyed specifically for the identities of "Artist ", "Researcher" and "Teacher", which are included in the A/r/tography methodology. In this study, in which the experience of being a participant and researcher of the inquiry at the same time is conveyed, these identities, which sometimes stand out more actively than others and sometimes remain passive, fed each other and had a strong interaction. Findings regarding the innovative and instructive nature of a process-oriented research in the field of art education have been obtained.
