Özet (EN)

Conducting polymers (CP) with extraordinary optical, electrical, conductivity and stability properties can be synthesized from new generation amide-substituted 2,5-di (2-thienyl) pyrrole (SNS) derived electroactive monomers used in divers field of electroactive material applications and researches. The objective of this study was to produce new composite materials by using electroactive monomers and chitosan (CH) with a novel composite preparation method and to characterize electrochemical, electrocromic and biosensor properties of produced composite films. For this purpose, to prepare composites with a new method, it was used indium tin oxide coated (ITO) glass electrode and graphite electrode. Three different SNS derived monomers were electrochemically deposited on the CH modified ITO electrode surface, respectively and redox behavior of resulting composite films have been studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV). Moreover, the electrochromic, spectroelectrochemical properties and the kinetic of redox reaction of the composite films were investigated. For biosensor studies, same CH/CP composite films have been prepared on the graphite electrode surface and each one used as an immobilization matrix for glucose oxidase. After biosensor preparation, the working condition of biosensor was optimized and biosensing abilities and properties such as stability, selectivity and interference effects were studied. The surface morphologies of the composite films on ITO and graphite surfaces were characterizd by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). According to result of studies, it was figured out that the aimed composites film was generated on ITO electrode surface and they have good optical and electrochemical properties. However, the produced enzyme immobilization platforms for GOx on the graphite electrode surface had good stability and selectivity and they are convenient for practical applications.
