Abstract (EN)

Transfer of feelings, thoughts and information in every possible is called communication. Words and phrases are used during this transfer. Sometimes, one word won't be enough to conduct this transfer. To solve this issue, we use word associations in a frame which the rules of the language allow us. The words that come together within the facilities and rules of the language are called "stereotypes". In this study, proverb, idiom and reduplication words Classical Period Chagatai Turkish texts' will be emphasized. Many studies have been made in order to determine the stereotypes in Turkish language's historical dialects. These studies are usually focused on the importance and contributions of stereotypes to the Turkish language. This study is continuation to sterotypes in Classical Period Chagatai Turkish texts. The main purpose of this study is to detect the sterotypes in Classical Period Chagatai Turkish texts. Classical Period Chagatai Turkish Language's works will be determined and then they will be scanned. The proverb, idiom and reduplication words will be determined and studied on in an alphabetical order. When the Classical Period Chagatai Turkish Language's texts were scanned, mostly the proverbs, idioms and reduplication words were detected. In this study, it has been found that such detected stereotypes were being used in the past language periods and are still being used today in a different sound and pattern form.
