Classical age state of emergency applications in Ottoman Empire management system (XVI. and XVII. century)

In history too many natural disasters and public revolt has been occurred. War danger, revolt, natural disaster, fire type events effects nations socio-economic situation and caused too many economic and life loss. These events thereat nations independence and force the governments to apply emergency applications. Governments main aim vas immediately return back to regular management systems. The subject of this study is the emergency applications of Ottoman Empire due to emergency situations in 16. and 17. century.
