Abstract (EN)

There are various ways that businesses have followed in order to maintain their assets, which is one of the main objectives, and reach their goals. There is a need for quality management systems that will assist and guide the employees and the organization in these ways with a systematic approach. The EFQM Excellence Model is one of these Quality Management Systems. This model has a self-renewing structure. It is carried out with the participation of the company and all employees. If it is adopted by everyone and applied correctly, it will make the company successful in the way of goals that the company have desired. In this model, which was founded on the fact that there are many approaches to achieve and demonstrate sustainable perfection in all processes related to performances, areas open to improvement were identified through self-assessment, which is the evaluation tool of the model, and improvements were made in the following processes. This model, which shows that perfection is not a start and end date and continues ongoing, reveals that the concept of sustainability should always be improved.
