Abstract (EN)
In this study; In AlSi10MnMg alloy, boron added die casting process and injection molding process were performed. The effect of heat treatment on the obtained aluminum silicon alloys is investigated. In the experimental stage, the effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of the alloys was investigated by applying T5 and T6 heat treatment to the alloys produced by the pressure casting method and the permanent casting method. Based on the obtained hardness, microstructure, tensile strength results, it was found that the tensile strength of the samples obtained as a result of T5 heat treatment applied to the alloys and T5 heat treatment were higher. It was observed that alloys with high strength and low deformation ability were obtained with T5 heat treatment.
