Abstract (EN)

İn this study; new enzyme electrode was developed on the purpose of quantitative analysis of choline. The enzyme electrode was prepared by entrapping choline oxidase in polypyrole meanwhile pyrol was being polimerised electrochemically in the presence of polyvinylsulphonate on the platine surface. Choline is oxidased to betain and hydrogen peroxide by choline oxidase in the presence of oxygen. An anodic current related to choline concentration is obtained as a result of electrochemical oxidation of hydrogen peroxide produced on the electrode at 0,30 V. This is the working principle of the electrode. The linear working range for choline determinetion of biosensor was identified. The effects of pH and temperature on the response of the biosensor were examined. Reusability and storage stability of the biosensor were determined. Interference effects of interferants which might be in biologic media on the response of the biosensor were also studied.
