Abstract (EN)
To determine the parameters that may predict survey in connective tissue disase (CTD) with interstitial lung disease (ILD), to predict the progression of disease at the time of diagnosis. Patients radiologically diagnosed with CTD-ILD in Firat University Medicine Faculty, Department of Romatology during January 2010-January 2015 included into the study. Symptoms, demographic, clinical, radiological, and laboratory data of patients recorded. The datas of survivors and dead patients during follow-up period compared and parameters related with survival investigated. Fifty five of our patients were famele 20 were male. Sex and age were significantly different between subtypes of CTD. The most detected CTD subtype was RA related ILD. There was no statistical difference between pulmonary function parameters and CTD subtype. The most frequently seen radiological finding was traction bronchiectasis. Fibrosis ratio was >10% in 32 (42.7%) patients. All pulmonary function parameters except FEV1/FVC were significantly low in patients with >10% fibrosis. Four patients died during one year follow up. Dead patients were older, female, and had comorbidities. FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC, 6 minute walking test distance were significantly low in these patients. DLCO was also low in dead patients but it could not reach statistical significance. All exitus patients had >%10 fibrosis. We think that CTD-ILD patients who are female, older, have comorbidities, low pulmonary function parameters, and >10% fibrosis must closely follow for disease progression and mortality. Key words: Connective tissue disase, interstitial lung disease, survey
