Abstract (EN)
the main purpose of this study is about drawing attention and presenting alternative suggestions about adaptation problems and the gaps in law appeared with the change in constitution that is voted in 12 Sept. 2010 and came into force in 23 Sept. 2010 and is shaped with 1982 constitutional pattern.
