Combinatorial Structures have many application areas. One of the most important of these areas is coding theory. Coding theory is the one of the most popular area of discrete mathematics. In coding theory, main purpose is to decode the defective ?coming? in channel. In this thesis, Obtaining of maximal and optimal codes were given using some combinatorial structures. These codes were compared according to true decoding ratio and decoding times and an application were shown on digital photographs. Besides, an alternative decoding algorithm for maximal codes and number generating from multivariate distirbution was also given.
