Abstract (EN)
The thesis are considered of five chapters and an appendix. In first chapter, review of the literature and the aim of thesis are explained. In the second chapter, real quaternions, complex quaternions and their matrix representations are investigated. In the third chapter, the basic informations of split quaternions and complex split quaternions are given and their matrix representations are presented. In the fourth chapter, semi quaternions and complex semi quaternions are introduced. In the original section of these chapters, properties of 2x2 complex matrix representations are given and a new method of determinant has been used. 4x4 complex matrix and 8x8 real matrix representations of complex semi quaternions are calculated. Moreover, the basic informations of Minkowski space are given in Appendix A. In the fifth chapter, conclusions and suggestions are given.
