Abstract (EN)
Unlike the case of being a member of a traditional fuzzy set, a complex fuzzy set extends membership to a set to the unit circle in the complex plane. This provides a second dimension to the membership expression, but does not change the basic concept of fuzziness. While the complex fuzzy set allows the simultaneous evaluation of two different situations occurring in the same period, it becomes difficult to make a decision in cases and situations involving the inconsist membership. In this study, the complex neutrosophic VIKOR method was developed by introducing new complex neutrosophic distance measures in complex neutrosophic sets to contribute to the solution of decision making problems involving the inconsist membership. Then, a numerical example was given to show the superiority of the proposed method and a discussion analysis and comparison analysis was made with different distance measures in the literature. Finally, all results are interpreted.
