Definition relation between job satisfaction,motivation and demographic factors at accommodation establishments: An application towards a hotels group member five star chain hotels businesses

Increase in the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization employees reflection of this situation, it is quite important. Organizational success is directly related to employees' vision capabilities. In this study, the tourism industry, examined the relationship between job satisfaction and motivation. Rixos Hotels Group, which has an important place in the tourism sector employees comprised the research sample. Questionnaire was administered to 190. The survey technique was used to collect the data.Surveys consist of reliable scales and demographic questions. The data obtained were analyzed by SPSS 16 software. Data analysis, frequency, percentage, t-test and ANOVA test statistics, correlation analysis is also used. Research, gender, education, tourism-related level of education, the workplace where the duration of working time and work in the industry is a significant relationship between job satisfaction. However, the motivation is not only a significant relationship between marital status. We also found a relation between job satisfaction and motivation.
