Abstract (EN)
Conflicts which are accepted as a natural and essential aspect of the human communication may have results both functional and unfunctional. That is why conflict and its management constitutes a field which is seen very important and even remarked as the most important case in organization management by some writers on account of organizational effect and productivity.What is explained in this research is; conflict concept in plants, administrative approaches to conflict, conflict process, conflict reasons, classifying conflict in terms of supporters, in terms of emerging form, in terms of its position and qualify in the organization, conflict management, negative and positive sides of conflict.Conflict which is an essential item in organization fact has been a subject handled by the scientists for years. In this research organizational conflicts, their solutions and the ways which managers use in such conflicts are handled.In the first part, general information aboutorganizational conflict is given. After handling the meaning of the term `conflict?, the reasons of the conflict are elaborated respectively. After stating how conflict occurs during the process with the style of prominent scientists, conflict is classified. At the end of the first part, conflict?s solution ways are handled in terms of organization.In the first section of the second part, organizational conflict reasons are mentioned. In the second part the ?reasons triggering organizational conflict are examined. The methods which are used in the coflict solution have high importance in terms of the persistence and productivity of organization. That is why managers firstly should examine the matters that result in conflict in the management.In the third part of the research the items of communication are examined. And in the fourth part, types of conflict are examined and they are classified into interpersonal, intergroup and interorganizational. Conflicts are classified according to their occuring types and they were examines vertically, horizontally, functionally according to the hierarchical structure of the management.In the fifth part of this research organizational conflicts?s effect on organization productivity is examined. Conflicts negative and positive sides are handled in terms of the management and their contribution toplant is examined. In the last part the survey which was conducted in Alanya region is analysed; the survey?s aim, method, conduction places are remarked; hypothesised and the analyses which deal with the relation of conflict with gender,education, working hoursand positions are put forward. With regard of these analyses, some results and suggestions which will be useful fort he managements.
